We would like to inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed, in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and with confidentiality obligations, in the manner and for the purposes set out below.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0data controller<\/strong>\u00a0is CABUR S.r.l. with registered and operational office in Altare (SV), Localit\u00e0 Isola Grande 45.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to art. 4 point 2 of the GDPR,\u00a0processing of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0means \u201cany operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Data Controller will process the personal data you provide on the basis of the\u00a0consent<\/strong>\u00a0you have granted for the use of the Cabur APP, with the\u00a0purposes\u00a0<\/strong>related to the operation of the APP itself.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The\u00a0data processed\u00a0<\/strong>are as follows: your e-mail address and your telephone number.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your data will be saved (encrypted) in the cloud platform managed by a supplier of the Controller, appointed as\u00a0Data Processor<\/strong>: your data will not be accessible to unauthorised users and will not be used for commercial or advertising purposes nor will they be sold to third parties.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The processing of your data is\u00a0necessary<\/strong>\u00a0for the operation of the Cabur APP: if you do not wish that the Controller collect or process your personal data, you may not be able to use the Cabur APP.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u2013 without prejudice to disclosures made in fulfilment of legal obligations, the data will not be disclosed to external parties, but will be managed by an external company appointed as Data Processor;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your data will be processed by\u00a0the following categories of subjects<\/strong>: employees and associates of the Data Controller (in their capacity as persons authorised to carry out processing operations) and external company managing the APP on behalf of the Data Controller (external subject appointed as external data processor).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your personal data are stored on\u00a0electronic archives located in Italy<\/strong>. In any case, your personal data will never be disclosed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your personal data will be\u00a0stored<\/strong>\u00a0in accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity for as long as your account remains active or until you revoke your consent to the processing.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Users of the APP may\u00a0revoke<\/strong>\u00a0their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before revocation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There are no\u00a0automated decision-making processes<\/strong>\u00a0concerning the data of the data subject.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The data controller shall not process the data provided for\u00a0purposes other<\/strong>\u00a0than those for which they were collected.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With regard to your data, you may exercise your\u00a0rights<\/strong>\u00a0under the GDPR and, in particular, you have the right to request from the data controller access to your data, their rectification, erasure, the restriction of processing and the portability of the data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.<\/p>\n
