GENERAL TERMS OF SALES

  1. Prices do not include VAT and may be changed without prior notice.
  2. Orders will be accepted only for the multiple amounts reported in this pricelist and therefore only for complete packages.
  3. Minimum net order amount for each single order is:
    EURO 50 FOR WEB ORDER
    EURO 250.00 STANDARD ORDER
  4. The risk for the shipment will be born by the customer pursuant to Article 1510, Paragraph 2 of the Civil Code, even though it should be shipped with postage prepaid.
  5. The customer must check the goods at the delivery. The receipt of the goods without the corresponding written reserve to the freighter in case the package should not be whole, shall imply the approval of the goods and will invalidate any complaints on the amounts received and any differences between the goods ordered and delivered.
  6. The returns must be previously authorised by our relevant office and forwarded to our Altare stock consistently with the instructions in the “Clausole Rientro merce in Cabur_Rev1_2.1” (Cabur goods return clauses) form reported below. The material purchased for over 12 months will not be accepted. The material not contained in the original and whole package will be rejected, as well as incomplete packages. The goods included in the authorised return will be credited with a 15% decrease from the purchase price as a control, re-packaging and finishing fee.
  7. No returns will be accepted for custom products or products in the commercial photovoltaic line unless they be defective.
  8. The document detailing the updated warranty clauses is freely available for download from the web site www.cabur.it (Menu “Products” / “Warranty clauses”).
  9. The document detailing the return clauses and the RMA-R clauses are available for download – upon registration – from the web site www.cabur.it from the “Commercial information” page in the “Service” menu. The RMA-R form must be filled in digitally.
  10. The supplies are subject to the terms detailed in our purchase orders.
  11. The delivery terms reported in the purchase orders are to be considered indicative and not binding. The failure to deliver part or all of the ordered goods shall not give rise to any right for claims, nor will it entitle to the rejection of the same goods.
  12. Cabur S.r.l. operates, and asks its customers to operate, according to its Code of Ethics available on its internet website.
