General terms of sale

  1. Prices do not include VAT and are subject to change without notice.
  2. Orders are accepted only for the multiple quantities indicated in this price list and therefore exclusively for complete packages.
  3. The minimum order amount, net of discounts, must be:
    €150 EXCLUDING VAT FOR STANDARD ORDERS
  4. Shipments are shipped at the customer’s risk pursuant to Article 1510, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code, even if shipped carriage paid.
  5. The customer is required to inspect the goods upon arrival. Receipt of the goods without a written reservation to the carrier, if the packaging is not intact, constitutes acceptance of the goods and excludes any possibility of raising complaints regarding the quantities received or any deviations from the order.
  6. Returns must be authorized in advance by our designated office and forwarded to our Altare warehouse according to the instructions on the RMA form, which is available at the bottom of the page for registered users and must be filled out digitally. Items purchased more than 12 months ago will not be accepted. Items not in their original, intact packaging will be rejected, as will incomplete packages. Authorized returns will be credited, minus 15% of the purchase price as a fee for inspection, repackaging, and packing.
  7. Returns are not accepted for custom products or products from the commercial photovoltaic line unless they are defective.
  8. Deliveries are made under the conditions indicated on our order confirmations.
  9. The delivery times indicated in the order confirmations are indicative and non-binding. Failure to deliver part or all of the ordered goods cannot give rise to any compensation, nor can delays result in rejection of the goods.
  10. Cabur S.r.l. operates, and asks its Italian customers to operate, in compliance with its Organization and Control Model, drawn up pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments, and its Code of Ethics, which is part of the aforementioned Model, both available on the Company’s website.
  11. Italian law applies to sales contracts. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Savona.
