EU CONDITIONS

We (I) ensure that the goods supplied by Cabur s.r.l. will not be sold, supplied, transferred exported or re-exported, or otherwise made available directly or indirectly, to any natural or legal person, entity or body in Russia or for use in Russia Federation, or transferred for intended final use in the territory of Russian Federation.
We (I) ensure that the goods supplied by Cabur s.r.l. will not be sold, supplied, delivered, transferred exported or re-exported, or otherwise made available, to any person or entity which is subject to restrictive measures adopted by any competent European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK) or U.S. authority, nor to any person or entity which is owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any of the abovementioned persons or entities.
We (I) ensure that the goods supplied by Cabur s.r.l. will not be sold, supplied, transferred, exported or re- exported or otherwise made available to any natural or legal person, entity or body in Crimea, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Sevastopol, Donetsk or Lugansk, or for use in Crimea, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Sevastopol, Donetsk or Lugansk.
We (I) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cabur S.r.l. against any liability, losses, damages (including reputational damages) or costs (including any legal costs) incurred or suffered by Cabur S.r.l. as a result of any breach, negligent act or omission or willful default of this commitment on my part, or my representatives, agents or distributors
